All sales final. No returns. In case of damaged or missing merchandise, we are able to offer either store credit or exchange for the item in question within two weeks of customer receipt date and depending upon availability. We cannot guarantee that purchased items will remain in stock. To acquire store credit or exchange, we require a receipt and visual proof of damage. In case of damaged merchandise, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. For all requests, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Once proof of missing or damaged merchandise is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit or exchange. If you are approved, then your order will be processed and a credit will automatically be sent to your email of choice within a reasonable period.

We value your privacy and the information you consent to share in relation to our SMS marketing service. Currently, Abc. ships globally. Various shipping methods and rates can be selected upon purchase and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that taxes/duties/VAT are not included in International shipping costs and will be additionally added to the cost of each order. Please allow 3-5 days for processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 days for any items marked as a "pre-order" item. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch, but may also be retrieved by sending a request along with your order number to email@example.com.
Advisory Board Crystals does not take responsibility for any customs fees for international orders and these charges. The customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
By ordering merchandise, you agree that you are purchasing for personal use and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse any orders without warning or explanation.
All apparel and items will be taxed according to the billing location.

We have the right to modify any telephone number or short code we use to operate the service at any time. You will be notified on such occasions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
